Getting an appointment at a convenient time was super easy. Dr. Anderson was most helpful during my exam and in advising I needed a correction to my existing eyeglasses. The office staff were very friendly. Great experience.
Been coming here for years. The eye exam was quick and thorough. I've always gotten my glasses from them because they take the time to fit the glasses properly, and to be frank, I have no idea what frames to pick out. I've gotten really good advice each time. My previous pair of glasses I managed to bend the metal frames a bit, and they were able fix them on the spot. No guarantees that everything can be fixed on the spot, but there's always someone there that you can talk to right away. Strong recommendations for Family Eye clinic.
I saw Dr. Ruhland for an eye issue and she was very thorough, informative, and came up with a diagnosis and treatment plan. The front desk staff were great as well. Very kind people! My eye is already starting to feel better. Thank you!
I have been going to the Family Eye Clinic in Eden Prairie for a number of years now and have always had a great experience. My glasses have always been top notch quality and you can walk in any time for an adjustment to your frames if they aren't fitting right anymore. I was just in this past Friday, and I was so pleased with my visit. Dr. Ruhland is great. She is kind, patient, and explains things very clearly. I highly recommend her. I was also helped by Cassandra who was very knowledgeable about frames and lenses. She had great taste and took into account my preferences. She picked out frames for me that I'm so excited about. I haven't been this excited about new glasses in years, maybe ever. The frames she found are feminine, professional, lightweight, and most importantly, comfortable. This clinic's glasses are not the cheapest in town for sure, but their quality and service are top of the line. I highly recommend going here.
I had a GREAT experience at this place. The office staff was great and I had my eye exam done by Dr. Ruhland. She was very through and explained everything to me. 5 stars for sure!
