The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, and they make you feel like more than just a patient. Dr. Estrada is exceptional. She takes the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident about your eye health. You can truly tell that she cares about her patients and takes pride in providing excellent care. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish, and I never felt rushed or like just another appointment. I have been going to the Family Eye Health for many years with my husband and two sons. They (drs. Estrada and Forjan, as well as the staff) have always taken the time needed to make sure of the accuracy of exams, especially when assessing children. I am never waiting long to be seen. Anna is one of the staff that has known my family for even longer and always takes good care of everyone she encounters to meet their needs.
