Everything was great. It was my first eye exam followed by my first pair of glasses, and the nurse and doctor were very kind and explained everything well. The staff that welcomed us and helped with glasses selection afterwards were also very helpful; overall great experience.
Lauren and Carol were so kind to me. They were very helpful as I had a horrible experience at Family Eye Center in Wyandotte, Kansas City, Kansas. They immediately saw the issue I tried to explain at the 12th Street location. My glasses had to be sent back to the lab. Hats off to those two! I will definitely go back there for eye care needs. I just wish Dr. Nibert had another location.
Great service! Everyone was friendly, professional and really listened. Everything flowed so I got in and out quickly. It was a wonderful first experience.
