I’ve been going to Dr Regina for over 25 years. She and her staff are the Best! Very caring, professional people. The atmosphere from the time you go into the office until you leaving is warm and inviting. I would highly recommend Family eye care for all your vision needs.
I had an appointment scheduled for an annual exam. They sent me two emails and two texts confirming my appointment for 8:40am. I took off work and drove up there. Doors locked. Sign with hours on the door says they open at 9am. I drove back the 20 miles to my house and called them. The lady that answered was rude, acted like I was somehow wrong, and lied to me and said they were there at 8:30 (I was there at 8:30am. They weren’t). She then sighed loudly and asked me if I wanted to come up right then. Just told her to email me my prescription. Used to be a good office. But severely declined.
Excellent and professional staff. Worked with me throughout the process from answering any questions I had during the exam to picking out glasses. Top notch and was very knowledgeable.
I have been going here for years. The ladies that work here are fantastic. I followed them from Pikeville to Prestonburg & they're still just as amazing there. 10/10 recommend.
