Family Eye Care North definitely deserves 5+ stars! Kayla is so kind and caring and Dr. Marie Vitale offers excellent care. If you are looking for a great eye facility, check out Family Eye Care North! Of course their doctors and staff are incredibly well trained, but more than that, they really care about each one of their individual clients. It’s that personal touch that makes the difference!
I highly recommend Family Eyecare North! I treat with Dr. Dillner, and he is fantastic. He is incredibly patient, engaging, and friendly, and he always takes the time to explain everything so well. The rest of the staff is equally wonderful. They very friendly and they provide excellent customer service. I also had a great experience with their optical department. I bought a pair of eyeglasses that ended up needing a warranty replacement for the lenses, and they handled it with absolutely no questions asked. Five stars!
The doctors are super nice and helpful, they saw me quickly when I had an issue with my eyes and were very kind. The staff is very nice and helpful while setting up appointments, helping me pick out glasses, and understanding insurance prices. They are a great group of people.
Friendly and professional people! Between my husband, daughter and I we have seen all three doctors for several years now. They are all exceptional and go out of there way to make sure you are well taken care of.
My entire family has gone to this practice for years. Dr. Dillner is knowledgeable, personable, and compassionate. Highly recommend!
