My son lost the part of his glasses that rest on top of his ears. We purchased them here 6 months ago and they had the right part sitting in inventory. The young man found it and my son left wearing his glasses again. He's happy and it was great customer service. When I need my glasses, I'm coming here.
We got a pair of glasses for my daughter from here after it was recommended by her doctor. We were told two weeks. It took a month. Several months later we had to get new lenses made. I was told a week and a half. It's now been almost 6 weeks. Every time I call for an update I get told the lab had an issue. If the lab fails to make the same pair of lenses four times in a row, the lab techs should be replaced. We will not be utilizing this location moving forward and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. I would be better served buying glasses online. I will certainly be advising her doctor to no longer give referrals to this location.
If you're looking for a place to get your eyes checked, I highly recommend Family Eyewear Gallery. I've been going there for years, but I somehow got out of the habit of having my eyes checked regularly. I'm so glad I decided to start up again. Dr. Lin is awesome and incredibly knowledgeable—I really missed seeing her! The staff is always so friendly, genuine, and competent, which is hard to come by these days. It's so nice to leave an appointment on a such a positive note and feel like you have received top-tier customer service and comprehensive exam.
I've been coming here since 2014 and have never been disappointed. Dr Lin is very kind, personable and full of knowledge. She explains everything and gives great recommendations for frames. I have somewhat of a unique prescription and no one has worked as hard as she has to make sure my prescription is right. She also made it possible for me to wear contacts when other Drs wouldn't.
My whole family is seen at Family Eyewear Gallery. Dr. Lin is wonderful! The entire office staff, as well! I've NEVER had a bad experience here, they're always kind & welcoming.
