Great experience- the staff was pleasant and made sure I was taken care of. Wait time was short. Dr Tabeling is pleasant, efficient and makes sure you know all the details of your exam. A variety of frames made it easy to find one that worked for me.
The whole experience was amazing. From when I walked in till when I left. Especially the lady that got my glasses ordered. She was the best.
The staff is extremely friendly. They kept the visit thorough but timely, were able to explain all tests and results for my child to understand and kept them comfortable during the tests.
This staff is fantastic. I was warmly greeted by Emily. Dr. Tabeling was knowledgeable and professional while still being down to earth. Drew is kind. She was very patient and helpful picking out my frames and explaining what insurance covered . This staff is truly amazing! I recommend everyone should check them out!
Dr Tabeling is thorough, and he explains everything simply and completely. This office doesn’t have a great frame selection, though, and during this visit I discovered I was given incorrect information last time about cost. Female staff not very friendly and more focused on getting customers out than helping choose eyewear (or anything else).
