I brought my son for a virtual eye exam today and it was actually a great new experience. This was our first time doing a virtual eye exam and as a parent I appreciate all the communication between me and the medical assistant. She was great at explaining the process and what to expect as well as making it a fun experience for my son. Meeting with the Dr. over video call was surprisingly a good experience as well. I’m so glad to know this location offers this virtual service and I will definitely be scheduling appointments for myself and my other kids to do the virtual eye exam.

I had a great experience for my virtual eye exam. It was pretty quick and straight forward. I was informed well with what the machines were used for and Elvira was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made it a good experience for me. I met with the eye doctor virtually and had a good experience.

Best eye exam i have had! Virtual to be even better. The amount of exams they did is just phenomenal. Elvira is the best 100/10 the way she explains things and the way she cares to make you feel comfortable wow it is just amazing. You can tell when people like her do her work not just for the money but because she really loves what she does!!!

Dr. Eddie was awesome I feel my eyes were examined properly and he gave me very helpful information, he explained my eyes thoroughly. I would definitely recommend coming here to see him for your eyes. Staff was awesome as well. Thank You.

Amazing service. Dr was efficient and explained everything clearly. Exam was quick but efficient. Recommend FHCN for optometry. The assistant Isaura was great and very helpful throughout the exam.
