I came for an eye exam and I was seen by Dr Shah…. He was very nice, polite and provided me with relevant information in regards to my exam, eye sight and current prescription etc…. I definitely recommend being seen by Dr Shah if you need to have your eyes checked
Dr. Brian Holland is an amazing Optometrist. He listens and genuinely cares about you as a patient. I recommend him 10 out of 5 stars.
Dr. Shah is very thorough in his examination and explaining things. I also give commendation to his assistant Jose for doing the same. Impeccable service oriented in a healthcare facility.
The waiting time is short. The lobby area is clean. Most of the nurses are nice and listen to your concerns. The doctors are mostly kid friendly.
I called looking for an earlier appointment and was given an appointment at this location. After arriving, I was told they did not see an appointment scheduled and that nothing could be done since there were people still waiting. I was also informed that there was no way to see or talk to the representative who gave me this appointment time. This is the second time this has happened. Disappointed.
