Dr Gregg and her staff were friendly and attentive. Dr Gregg never made me feel rushed thru my exam. She made sure all of my concerns were addressed and I was comfortable with the results of my exam.

I went to family optical in belvidere Illinois last monday 8/17/26 and was very impressed with them. they did a very thorough job on my eye exam for prescription glasses.they are polite and professional I will go back next year again.
I have been going to the eye doctor since I was in third grade and this by far is my favorite one! The ladies are always so friendly and helpful! They help me pick out frames that I love! Dr. Gregg is the best! She has helped me find the most comfortable contacts for my eyes! So thankful they are in town!
