Dr. Williams is an exceptional doctor! From the very first visit, the staff and her took the time to listen carefully to all my on-going issues with my vision and answered every question without rushing me. Their expertise and thoroughness immediately made me want to recommend her to everyone I knew. The office staff was very kind and efficient. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Williams and her staff!!
Doctor William is super kind, gentle and informative. The office was clean and friendly atmosphere . I had a Facetite and Morpheus 8 treatment and I didn't feel a thing and she did an awesome job. Answered all my questions and concerns. Office staff was excellent as well.
Dr. Williams represents the true definition of a physician. She loves what she does and it definitely shows in her patient approach, surgeries and procedures. She invokes serenity and calmness throughout her various procedures. Shes caring and compassionate and goes above and beyond to ensure her patients are well cared for. She explains everything clearly and answered all of my answers. My procedure was painless and I’m so grateful for her excellent care. So happy I was able to find her!
The young lady Ashly I think the doctor said her name that does check out with the red or dark blonde hair was rude and unprofessional. When the doctor walked away the young lady didn't engage with me she was just looking down like she was High or on another planet or something if she had personal matters going on not sure but PLEASE STAY HOME, people are really sick. I mean she was not even looking at my paperwork and when she did ask me a question she was very snappy and rude. I'm like are you SERIOUS. So no I won't be back to see Dr. Williams, My health should be taken seriously. I didn't come to this appointment for fun, Like I am sick and freaking scared. Honestly she needs to be replaced because her people skills are Trash and it makes the entire office look bad because if this young lady is the last person you interact with it leaves a very bad impression on the office!!!!!!!!!!
I had an excellent experience at my appointment. My ophthalmologist Dr. Williams and her team were very kind, thorough, and professional from start to finish. They took their time, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciate the level of care I received and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care.
