I just can't say enough good things about my visit to family vision care! How absolutely wonderful it was to be greated by Jill as I checked in, always a big smile! Dr. Jessica, so pleasant and through in her exam, explains everything she's doing and gives her professional advice on your exam and needs for glasses. Highly recommend this office for your eye exam and glasses 😎 .
I absolutely love this place. I took my daughter there this past week and had such a great experience. The office staff was seriously some of the friendliest I’ve ever dealt with — just so welcoming and kind from the second we walked in. We saw a woman eye doctor and I really, really liked her. She was great with my daughter and just overall made the whole appointment feel easy and comfortable. The office itself is a little more old-school and not super updated, but honestly that didn’t matter at all because the experience was so good. You can tell they really care about their patients. We will definitely be going back!
Even person from being greeted, to being examined, to picking out your glasses was pleasant, professional, and prompt at every visit I have had (nearing 10 years now). I can’t recommend them enough, and I really like that they have modern equipment for testing, and you can even forego those horrible drops that dilate your pupils with more modern technology to test with!! 10/10 every time. These people know how to run a business!
My visit to Family Vision Care was pleasant and easy. I dealt entirely with women, all of whom were friendly and very professional. I would rate the services provided as top notch! I will be returning each year for my eye examination and new prescription eyeglasses.
My adult special needs daughter saw Dr. Brandon for a yearly check up and new glasses. I cannot say enough about how wonderful everyone was through the whole appointment. Great experience from beginning to end. Our whole family will now be switching to this office for our eye care. ❤️
