The doctor was very thorough going over my vision test results multiple times to ensure we had it dialed in. I went to another doctor in town that took 3 months to get my glasses and when I finally got them I still couldn't see the prescription was completely wrong.

Amazing staff and very helpful . Always triple checks the eyes very clean place!
Great office with friendly and helpful staff. I never have to wait long to be seen and Dr. Campbell is great at listening and discussing her findings and recommendations! It's very convenient to make appointments and I always have an excellent overall experience. The new remodel looks great! Would highly recommend to all my friends and family!
I had an urgent eye issue and I'd heard good things about this place from friends so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Campbell. I was informed of what my condition was and that I would be receiving eyedrops to treat it. I asked what kind of eyedrops I would be receiving but Dr. Campbell did not seem to know exactly what eyedrops she would be prescribing. I found it odd that the name of the drug was not producible by the prescriber prior to my leaving. (I was concerned about this so I had a follow-up with Dr. Carter who confirmed the diagnosis and prescribed me a different eyedrop that was much cheaper than what the pharmacy had already received.) I received my bill in the mail at a later date and found it quite high. I contacted my insurance company to verify and they informed me that because of the way it was billed, that's the amount I had to pay. I contacted Dr. Campbell's staff to ask if it could be billed a different way so that my insurance would cover it better, but they declined to make any alterations. I asked if it would be possible to pay the bill in 4 installments each month and they said that would be fine. I received a bill each month and paid a set a mount, but each month that bill notified me that I was past due. My final month (the 4th payment) I received another bill stating that it's past due and that I would be sent to collections if not paid by the end of the month. I found this really disconcerting since I had been making payments on the bill every month. I contacted the office to ask why I was getting this memo when they had approved my initial request to pay in 4 installments. Apparently there was an oversight in the billing department and they said it was fine. (I still fail to see how paying 25% of the bill each month couldn't have been figured out based on how much I was paying already). The long story of this review: Dr. Carter's office billed my visit for the exact same problem in such a way that I paid almost half of what it cost me to see Dr. Campbell for. Perhaps Dr. Campbell might be good for just correctional lenses (I wouldn't know as I never got the chance to visit just for that.) but I would advise against seeing Dr. Campbell (or an optometrist) for anything that isn't just getting your eyesight corrected. You'll get prescribed something more expensive, isn't even carried by a local pharmacy and then get billed more than the local ophthalmologist would.
I have been with Family Vision Care for the last 7 years. I have seen Dr. Campbell and Dr. Stuever both. They are always super friendly and easy to get into an appointment that is convenient for me. The office is very attractive, offers a large selection of glasses.
