I have never meet a front desk staff as rude as this one. First visit was fine was told glasses would take 2 weeks to get there. We are now at a month and they still can give me a idea of where they are, told multiple time they would call back with info and never once recieved a call back over a long is ridiculous and with a staff like this I feel sorry for the owner. They are costing him money!!!

30% possibility of Great experience. It's possible. But Go to anywhere else instead. Changed their insurance from one year to 3 months. But the appointments are a year and a half apart. You will go without for months if your glasses are broken. Don't bother using this establishment. Disappointed with communication and ability to move forward with quality experience Wish they could do better. 🫶

This place is the worst when it comes professionalism . The manager with short hair is rude the whole time. I asked to speak to the Dr. he said “ well we have people spit on us and call us names.” I said, “ sir, we never once treated your staff in such a way.” He rolled his eyes and said, “ what do you want me to do about it!” And walked off. The other workers were nice and helpful though.

The actual doctor on site is fine The staff is absolutely horrible they suck at customer service they have no communication they can't even complete their jobs they're the absolute worst vision center in the area All appointments are booked almost 3 months out the absolute worst place to try to get glasses if you're a local If I could give zero stars I would. Took a week to tell me that they couldn't work on my son's glasses and then send them out It's been almost a month and I just picked them up.

YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST. I HAD A SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION AND YOUR HEAD OPTOMETRIST TREATED IT TWICE AND SAVED MY EYES FOR SURE. I ALSO HAD UPDATED MY GLASSES THROUGH YOU AND UNLIKE MY FATHER I DO NOT HAVE 20/20 VISION BUT I ALMOST DO WITH YOU. LOVE AND THANKS, JENN HOLLIS.
