The service is great and the employees are super kind. They went *above and beyond* to help my son get by with his broken glasses until his new frames came. We were very happy and impressed.

My 90 y/o Dad went for his yearly exam. She was so kind to him and basically told him that new glasses were not necessary as his vision won't improve. They could have easily just sold him another pair of $350 glasses. They didn't. That's honorable, which tells me this is a very respectable business.
Dr Linda Tompson was great when I went to her but there's a young Dr I think was her son who told me I shouldn't need another exam because I'm old enough my eyes won't probably change any more. I was 61 then. There were very few frames I could choose from with my Medicare insurance, about 5 or 6 if that many. Then they broke after a few months so I took them in. When I picked them up they were different frames but I couldn't see with them either. I took them back and the receptionist said, and I quote, "what do you want us to do about it". I couldn't believe she said that. I said keep them and went back to wearing my old glasses until I could get another pair the next year. Those were not my lenses. Should have reported them to the better business bureau. Also had to pay almost $100 on top of my insurance with shitty frames. When I went to a different Dr the next year everything was covered and they had tubs of frames to choose from. I don't recommend this eye Dr.
My daughter can be very nervous/shy about her eye exams but she really loves Joel. He makes her feel a bit more at ease and she always asks for him when I'm making her yearly appointment.
Clean office. The staff was all very friendly and if they didn't have an answer, someone figured it out and got me the info quickly. Good selection of frames and lots of cool options for lenses that were explained to me in detail. Dr. Weis was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the exam and showed confidence in his team. Going to the eye doctor doesn't have to feel like a chore. This clinic was a good experience and I'll be back.
