Family Vision Of Clemson

I have been going to Family Vision at Clemson for a few years now. I was very impressed with the overall service and thorough checkup Dr. Morris did. There are at least five people who go here now because I recommended. In my last visit, June 2026 I mentioned them that I will be moving out of state and the timeline. The optics shop knew it, first they messed my glasses and the lens had to be recut. It took me ~1.5 moths to get my glasses and several calls. On the last call the office staff said "I have other customers and I cannot find out if your glasses are ready". I told the staff that I paid for my glasses in that office so it is their responsibility to get it ready but she simply said it's Anderson office. I had to drive 30 min one way to Anderson to pick up my glasses the day before my move. Anderson office tried to be nice and gave me the glass cleaning kit, but nothing covers the irresponsibility of the Clemson office. If they don't care about people simply because they won't visit next time, maybe they should put that out that they take only returning customers.

5 +! The entire staff seemed like really happy people - smiles everywhere! From my first call to make my appointment, to the examination, to selecting a pair of glasses, everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Kudos to your team.

I was seen yesterday and had a very pleasant experience including the day I made my appointment. I’m pleased with the staff who answered the phone and made my appointment to The young lady who did the initial test and very pleased as well with Dr Morris. All were very kind, professional and had lots of patience with me. I asked lots of questions and they were very patient and helpful. Dr Morris gave options and recommendations for every problem I had. He made me feel as if he really cares. I can’t forget the gentleman who helped me pick out glasses. He was very patient and helpful as well. I never felt rushed. Thank you all. I will definitely be recommending Dr Morris and Vision Care to family, friends and anyone in need.
