Dishonest, crooked office!! Do not go here. The lady at the front desk had terrible manners and they charged me for services that not one of the four people I talked with, including the Doctor, informed me about. I used to work in an optometrists office and we would’ve been fired for misleading patients like this. The attitude about it from the front desk AND the Doctor leads me to believe they do this knowingly, intentionally and often! They even refused to give me a record of my new prescription after the appointment, claiming I have to come back in a few weeks for it despite knowing that I travelled there for this purpose. Save yourself the money and the mistreatment and go somewhere else.

Today was my first new patient appointment and I truly felt comfortable and welcomed by the staff. From front desk to the assistants, Doctor and ordering my contacts, everyone was professional and respectful. So happy to have found a great place for my eye care. Dr Sarah was amazing and very nice. Glad I made the choice to come here.

I missed 3 appointments in a year.Will not let me make an appointment again I’m ona call list in the last 5 months Iwas called two times both times for scappoose. They’re expensive but they’re nice and they know what they’re doing except for the whole appointment thing. I had a death I was sick twice and I called him.

Great team! Open communication with staff and Dr. They like to educate you and take the time to answer your questions, I have never felt hurried, and that is saying something because picking out frames can be a lengthy task especially when you cannot see very well post exam. The decor is very inviting and streamlined. Lots of frames to choose from, the staff is great about asking what you are looking for and making suggestions. They took the time to help me find something in my budget but still met my daily needs and wants. They are great at working with a wide range of insurance companies too. I highly recommend both the Scappoose and St. Helens branches!

First time visit, was referred by my primary care at Legacy. I was very happy with the service provided by the front reception team. The doctor was thorough in explaining what he'd found and how it related to my concerns and referral. An additional photo of my retinas was offered and was well worth the nominal cost (family history of blindness and diabetes). I ended up being so happy with everyone's authenticity and helpfulness that I chose to purchase new frames and lenses directly from them, as I feel they would be invaluable support in the event I struggle with the new prescription and frames/lenses. Overall really impressed with the quality of my visit and the options that I was given. I feel like I was able to make a wise investment in my health instead of feeling burdened by costs. Thank you!
