I have eye insurance and received a bill for $445.72 which I thk is rather high. I won't be going back with these prices. The cost is over & above and they tell you your health insurance will pay(not true) unless u have an eye disease and they also want $75 up front they say is for medical testing then they tell you it's your co pay and that it's not filed. In addition my glasses were $348.64 & for the cheapest ones which are ugly in my book. Ppl that is a total of $794.36 with a vision plan. Please save yourself time and find another eye doctor. I wish I had looked at reviews before going here.

Dr Felber is an excellent doctor and his staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. My issue is the time frame for an appointment. I called to schedule an appointment because of issues seeing with my glasses. The first appointment was 2 months out. I again explained that I was having issues seeing and was told that was the best they could do. This does not sit well. I think it’s time to find a new eye doctor.

I have generally had excellent experiences at Dr. Felber's office, but today’s visit was an exception. The tension surrounding my decision to forgo an additional test made me feel uncomfortable. I was disappointed by the judgmental tone regarding my choice to manage costs during this visit. I hope others don't experience the same feeling. Be thoughtful when addressing others, you don't know what road they are walking today.

First, let me say I love the office staff. The girls are amazing. Dr. Felber is professional and knowledgeable. I am not happy with my recent experience though. I spent approximately $350 on glasses, with my insurance, which is very good insurance. Within weeks my frames broke in the middle. I had to pay a $25 replacement fee, which was fine. They broke again. The insurance coordinator contacted the manufacturer and they deemed the frames must have a defect in them. I went to the office to pick up the frames and once again had to pay $25. I could understand if I was a 12 year old boy roughhousing and continuously breaking the frames, but that is not the case especially if the manufacturer said something must be wrong with the frames. We are now up to $400. I understand office policy, but certain circumstances can make that void.

Already had a script in hand, but needed to find some frames. The staff was very accommodating, knowledgeable, patient, and courteous! Did not feel rushed even though it was near closing, the staff was efficient and thorough in ensuring I got the best product at the best price. Had a wonderful experience, and feel confident I will be doing future business with these folks!
