While visiting Fort Lee, Virginia for training from Fort Bragg North Carolina , I had an issue where my contact lenses tore. I have a severe astigmatism , which made the situation extremely challenging. Especially if you’re not use to wearing glasses. Mrs. Sam demonstrated professionalism at the highest level. Not only did she go out of her way—nearly an hour before close of business—to search through her inventory for my prescription, but when it was not available, she coordinated and secured my contacts from another state. Her intelligence, dedication, customer service, and genuine willingness to help went far beyond expectations. Mrs. Sam is an outstanding professional and truly for the Troops. If you have been wearing contacts for a very long time and when you abruptly have to switch to glasses it’s a completely different ball game.
