Although there was a hiccup over the temperature of the coffee the staff handled it very well and went to great lengths to ensure my coffee time didn't leave a bad taste in my mouth. They went over and above to meet customer satisfaction. Well done to Brody and his female teammate. Thanks for making my visit a good one.
Great open space and ambiance lots of seating lots to look at. The muffin was a little stale, but the matcha and coffee were great. They were really busy with the drive thru, which slowed the service inside
Love this Place! I have been here many times. Today was great. I needed to push out some work and this place has really good symmetrical WiFi service. I had some time before picking up my daughter from the Airport, so i came here after Church to “Wait it out” and drink some EXCELLENT coffee. The girl helping me at the counter was extremely polite and friendly and professional. I just didn’t ask for her name. Wish I had done that. Anyway, the experience was great and they have an additional room downstairs that is quiet and comfortable. GREAT JOB! 5 STARS.
The staff were so warm and welcoming as soon as I arrived. Absolutely delicious and fresh options for food and drink. The coffee flavoring was PERFECT! I often find myself buying coffee from other shops that dont have enough flavoring. The flavors ARE WHAT IS LABELED without taking away from the coffee flavor or being too sweet. Perfect balance, goregous atmosphere, and they treated my pup like family (plus a yummy pup cup!).
Walking into this coffee shop you instantly smell the delicious fresh coffee brewed. Walking up to the counter you can check out their fresh slices of cake they have already packaged for you. This place does not disappoint. I’ve come in 3 times now since I’ve been in business in Pensacola and I will DEFINITELY be back! Friendly faces behind the counter and knowledgeable of their menu. The service was excellent & fast. My food came out nice and HOT and my coffee was delicious! Get the extra espresso shot! It’s worth it. I honestly can’t wait to visit again soon. Skip Starbucks and come here!
