Today we took my mother to Filutowski Eye Institute because she was experiencing blurry vision in her left eye, and the entire office team was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Shabana was incredibly kind, thoughtful, patient, thorough, and attentive. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything in detail, and made sure my mother felt comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Jessica Jacob was truly a breath of fresh air. She has such a warm, genuine smile and a calming presence that immediately put my mother at ease. She was patient, compassionate, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My mother felt very comfortable in her care, which meant so much to our family.
