I unexpectedly had an eye problem. Walked in and explained. They took care of me right then. That was such a relief to me. The front desk girls were so considerate and nice. Dr.H. was so very kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate you all so very much. Thank you

My experience was always good, waiting time when arriving for my appointment. The courtesy and professionalism of the staff. Even the wait time to see the doctor once all necessary tests were completed. Overall very pleasant and favorable.

Not only is the building super-cool, so is the staff! I really don't mean the pun here, but I always feel seen at Fireside. They address my concerns, and I leave knowing what's up with my eyes.

Fast and efficient exam. Didn't have to wait very long at all. Friendly staff. Both Doctors seem very knowledgeable and care about evaluating you properly.

I highly recommend Dr. Heddinghaus and the team to anyone in need of excellent eye care. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. Dr.Heddinghaus was thorough, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions patiently.
