First Eye Care

I have been going to this place for over 10 years and have never experienced a 3 WEEK WAIT for 1 pair of glasses that were not cheap.. the only justification is the lab had an issue no other details or info! Last time I ever come back.

Very impressed with this office. From beginning to end my daughter’s appointment was incredible. Dr. Lee is passionate about what she does and truly cares for her patients! Chris and Tommie were very helpful, respectful and made us feel welcomed. Felt like a family practice! Thank you everyone!

Was able to get what I needed and wanted. They diagnosed my issues and were very informative on coarses of action. Time in and out was excellent for the information I was given by the five staffers I dealt with. Cost was well within my expectation. Facility was super clean and neat.

Dr. Lee is the most caring eye doctor I have had since I started having vision issues . To say she cares the most is an understatement . She cares with all her heart and spirit. Go see her and come back to testify .

Overall, I really loved my visit! Dr. Lee is extremely thorough with her exams. I came in for a routine eye exam for glasses and contacts and left learning something that no other doctor had ever mentioned before. The entire staff was very helpful, especially the young Hispanic girl who took the time to explain my insurance benefits and helped me decide whether it was smarter to use it toward glasses or contacts she was great! The only downside was my experience with the guy at the front desk. He was on his phone and had his headphones in the entire time I was there and to top it off he was a bit rude. When the other staff member asked if he could help collect my payment since she was assisting two other patients, he said he was “busy,” even though it didn’t seem like he had anything going on. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I’d definitely recommend Dr. Lee and her team for eye care!
