Super friendly and helpful office! Carole and Dr. Lott were genuine and knowledgeable. The entire staff ran like clock work and made all patients feel welcome. Dr. Lott took my concerns seriously and I felt like I left with a solid handle on how to proceed with my health issues. Would absolutely recommend for your eye needs!
Efficient office from start to finish. When I asked what each of the tests were for, I received answers to my questions. Wasn't kept waiting between tests which has happened to me at prior Opthalmologist offices. Doctor was great! Working with me and my insurance to find a reasonably price tax for dry eye, I appreciate that and the thorough exam and explanation.
I had to take Our Son Eli to this Doctor because of an accident last year. We did not get the news we were Praying and Hoping for We did however get Good News .The staff and Doctor were very kind ,Polite, and Professional.The Doctor made sure that both Eli and I understood the results for now. We do return in September for an Eye Field Test.. We highly recommend this office .It is refreshing to have a Doctor and Staff want to do everything in their power to help the Patient.
Great experience at Florida Eye Specialists in Fernandina beach. I had cataract surgery previously in the Jacksonville office with Dr Hasan and have been very pleased. I went in today because I had some issues with blurry eyes and itching. I saw Dr Rieveschel today and had a full exam. He took his time and I did not feel at all rushed Everyone in the office was friendly and efficient. I felt like they took the time to listen and to explain my options. I would highly recommend this practice.
Dr Norman and his team are fantastic! This was my most thorough eye exam in years. And they diagnosed my issue and prescribed the right treatment. The facility is spotless and comfortable. I highly recommend Florida Eye Specialists Fernandina Beach.
