This was my first time at this institute as a Veterans Administration Community Care referral and I must state that the Staffs Professionalism, Outstanding Customer Service, Caring, Patient Needs, etc. were SUPERB. Also, my doctor Madeleine Y. Yehia is just AWESOME!!! I will not only recommend this place I am going to stay here from now on. That's how satisfied and happy I feel with the red-carpet treatment given by the entire staff and the wonderful doctor Madeleine Y. Yehia. Thank you for everything and may God bless you all.

Very detail oriented and seemed to really work to ensure patients fully educated on options. I saw Dr. Mavrofrites and despite coming with image from another time he took time to dilate and really look at my eye to confirm everything. Then he took time to give his recommendation plus gave me the alternatives and option go home and think it over instead of deciding in the office. When I decided on laser procedure immediately- he noted he had time to do now so I could avoid a second visit if I wanted. I really appreciated how on the fly he was able to not just diagnose, but also treat in one appointment.

I am incredibly grateful to Arlene C. in the collections department for her exceptional help resolving a billing issue. After I was incorrectly billed $460 instead of my usual $10 co-pay, Arlene personally took the time to investigate and advocate for me. She painstakingly compared my billing history year-over-year, discovered that Medicare had failed to cover the charge in error, and reached out to them directly. Thanks to her diligence and willingness to go the extra mile, Medicare covered the bill in full with no additional charge to me. In all my years, I have never met someone in collections so compassionate, honest, and dedicated to helping patients—she is absolutely amazing and deserves five stars!

Doctor Cunningham saved my life a few years ago, and I was blessed walking into his office over the last few years the office is professional and everyone is friendly and make you comfortable while there. Very grateful and thankful. Jacquie Sheets
