The front desk was very efficient and pleasant. The optometrist is wonderful. The problem arises when you are expected to receive your prescription eyeglasses. They are never done when they are promised to you. Very unprofessional in actually receiving the glasses!!

I went in for an urgent care visit. Woke up with one eye blurry. They took me in right away. Carline and Dr. O’conner were professional, thorough, and made me feel very comfortable. They were able to diagnose the problem, provide next steps and had me come in for a follow up the following week. I highly recommend them. I am from Boston, and did not have an eye doctor here in Florida and found them on a google search. Feel fortunate that I found them and will continue to see them!

If I could give Zero stars this would be it !!! I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received at this location. After ordering my glasses six weeks ago, I have spent the last two and a half weeks trying to get updates on my order. Each time I call, I am met with the same frustrating response: the manager will call me back. Unfortunately, when the manager is not available, no one else can provide any information, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. Today, after waiting six long weeks, I was finally informed that there are issues with the frames I had selected. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected to be kept informed about the status of my order, not left in the dark. Now, as I prepare for an upcoming trip, I find myself without glasses, which is not only inconvenient but also incredibly distressing. To improve their customer service, this location must prioritize effective communication and empower their staff to provide updates without needing a manager’s approval. A tracking system for orders would be immensely helpful, allowing customers to see the status of their purchases without needing to make repeated calls. Until significant changes are made, I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking reliable service. Terrible!!!

They are one of the best places ive been too in a while they got my sons glasses quick and the glasses are well made and my dude Bernard is amazing hes a wonderful gentleman and he is very patient. Overall if I could rate it more than 5 stars I Would

Called over 7 times just to find out if contacts lenses order has been placed! It’s has been two weeks. I called to place order after receiving trials. Since I wasn’t able to speak with Alicia left a message, two weeks later I am not sure she received my message. Unbelievable! that no one else in the office knows if order was placed! It’s like speaking for no reason and repeating the same message over and over again! So frustrating! This is my first time going to this place and it will be my last!
