My first eye exam in Tennessee. I felt it was a very thorough exam. The staff was nice and polite. The doctor seamed very concerned, she explained everything and was interested in any questions that I had. The appointment was easy to schedule. I left a message when they were closed, and they texted me back to schedule. I called on a Thursday and came in on a Tuesday. I will return next year for my yearly eye exam.
Dr. J and the whole staff at Focus Eyecare are amazing! Dr. J has been my optometrist for years and she has always been thorough, caring and very informative whenever I have questions or concerns. She truly takes the time to make sure everything is done that need to be and to make sure you are leaving understanding your personal eye health. The optician was also so helpful for both myself and my husband. She was super patient and did a great job helping us pick frames and get them fitted appropriately. 10/10 would and always do recommend to anyone needing a great optometrist!
I was referred to Dr Jackson by my regular eye doctor for a specialized exam. She is so impressive and her level of care is phenomenal. She was patient and thorough as we worked through the options available to me. Her staff is just as helpful and friendly. I would recommend Focus EyeCare to anyone. If I’m ever looking to make a change, they will be my first call.
I Liked the Optometrist Dr Jackson, she was very good and also Sweet and Helpful! The other part was a Bad Experience and the woman CHoosing my Glasses was Rude and Overbearing ! Every Frame I chose she said No I don’t LIKE those, I have never Experienced someone choosing my frames especially with Such! But that isn’t the Worst Part, I never got an itemized statement just a Verbal from her that my cost after insurance was 240., Which I thought I was Paying when I gave her my debit card! A day later when checking my Bank account to pay bills Saw a 680 Charge from Focus Eyecare!! I was not ever verbally told this price or given a statement either paper or email!! Unethical to say the Least!! I will not use this place Again Only because of a bad experience AFTER Exam!! UPDATE I Really Appreciate How my Review was Handled and Taken Care Of In a Timely Manner!! My Charges were Adjusted on my Bank Account , I received email statement and my Prescription and I Teceived a Call from Dr. Jackson who was Very Concerned and Said She Was Very upset that I Had this Issue ! She is Great and very Caring and Professional 🥰
My daughter had a great experience here. Definitely recommend them. Everyone in the office was kind and light-hearted . They made her feel very comfortable. We are definitely making this our place for eye care.
