The staff is great! Patient with my children’s 100 questions and the selection of glasses are great. I gave 4/5 because the wait time to be seen is months out.

Please don’t go there save the hustle The stuff there are really RUDE Take the information on paper of the coverage of us lenses. Because then they don't want to make valid in the end. Do not accept verbal information, ask for it in writing. And also ask for everything specifically because in the end they don't want to cover Even the doctor they don’t care they just wanna make the money I guess. Be careful with this place

Dr. Chen very thorough with eye exams and let's patients know eye health as well as asking additional questions related with eye health and eye 👁 sight. Frame selection somewhat sparse, although there may be online options, which I didn't inquire about, as well as option to receive prescription and have filled elsewhere. I highly recommend Focus Optometry Center! 👍😸

Staff is rude and messy. They were taking ugly about customers once they were off the phone with them. Pretty sure some of the stuff said is a HIPA violation. They talk down to everyone when infact they are just sad individuals themselves. Looking at other reviews I would say this is ongoing. Dr was great, but your staff is going to be the death of your business. Oh and stop taking advantage of the elderly with your exorbitant frame prices. Ridiculous

I called 7 months ago to make my daughter and I an appointment and was placed on a wait list. Got a call back today and they stated that my daughter wasn't on the list. I don't need glasses anymore, thanks to a new medicine, so I politely decline an appointment for myself but tell them my daughter still needs one. They refused to make her appointment and said they could add her to the wait list. Rude staff, and an absolute waste of time. Take your money elsewhere people!
