We had a great experience at Focus Vision! Shelly, Lizeth, and Kim provided excellent customer service and made my mother-in-law feel very comfortable during her visit. We especially appreciated that they are bilingual, it made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend! 👏🩵👓

Front desk welcomed me, eye exmin easy, selection of glasses n ordering glasses with explanation of when to expect glasses. 6/26 picked up glasses Offered to adjust if needed glasses. During eye exam with Dr it was video call Different but ok. Overall performance excel l ent with a pristine office exam room n n lobby

Great experience, very prompt and friendly staff. Dr. V was the best, she took her time to explain the procedure and made me feel at ease.

They were very efficient and the process straightforward and was completed quickly. The office staff were friendly and welcoming. And although the optometrist isn’t in the office but on-line, the interaction was seamless, personable and effective.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY TOOK YOUR MONEY NO GLASSES AND REFUSED TO GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK FOR THE ORDER YOU NEVER RECEIVED! I placed an order for prescription glasses on 11/11/2025. As of 2/12/2026, I still have not received them. For over three months, I have been trying to get answers. I repeatedly asked to speak with the manager and was told she was unavailable. After calling for three weeks, I finally received an email from the manager, Deysi Rivas, claiming she attempted to call me back but that there was an issue with my phone. This is inaccurate — my phone is working perfectly and I receive calls daily without any problem. When I asked what happened to my order, I was told, “we don’t know what happened to it.” The same answer for countless time I asked for the update of my order, No explanation. No solution. No accountability. I am currently forced to wear an old prescription, which causes dizziness and headaches. I rely on my glasses to drive and function safely every day. Waiting three months without answers is unacceptable. When I requested a refund since the glasses were never received and apparently cannot be located, I was told they “do not offer refunds.” I paid for a product I never received, yet I am being denied my money back. It has now been 10 days since my last communication, and I have received no response to my calls or emails. This experience has shown a serious lack of professionalism, communication, and customer care. I strongly urge management to resolve this matter immediately.
