I damaged my everyday glasses by stepping on them: the lens came out and the hinge bent. As a seasonal resident, I do not have an optician in the area. Based on a search, I telephoned Foerster Vision and left a vm. Glenn returned my call promptly, asked a few questions, and said that he would need to see the damaged frame in order to determine if it could be repaired. When I arrived for my appointment, Glen was waiting, and then we discussed in detail the process to repair the frame. The glasses were repaired in 1 business day, and Glenn did extra work to straighten the frame. Upon pickup, he made certain that the fit was true and made a few adjustments. The price was fair and reasonable. More importantly, Glenn is a true craftsman and outstanding businessman. I am going to go back and buy a new pair of glasses when the time arrives.

I recently had my eye doctor order a new strength for my glasses and I had heard good things about Foerester Vision Center. The location was ideal and I am very pleased with the outcome. They request that you make an appointment and that was a great idea. I was greeted by Glenn Foerester who guided me through a large selection of frames and was very patient while I tried on numerous frames. He was great with suggesting frames that were best suited for my face shape and made adjustments in each selection so that I could see how they would work for me. I've had the glasses for a couple of weeks now. I am pleased and I know if a problem arises Glenn assured me to call and he would address any trouble I was having. I will return soon to pick out sunglasses as I am light sensitive since my cataract surgery. I would highly recommend this business as they are very customer oriented. Judy B.
