What a wonderful experience I just had with Arielle at For Eyes in Natick. I had a really tough script for her to figure out trying to make work for my prescription sunglasses as well as some tricky insurance nuances. She was patient and super friendly all while balances the needs of another customer and the phone ringing every couple of minutes. We ended up getting exactly what I needed, at a great price. Great customer service. Thank you Arielle!!

New patient visit today. The front desk was very helpful in assisting me in booking a same day appointment for my daughter over the phone. The doctor and staff were extremely helpful and friendly at every step of the process from insurance, to exam ,to purchasing frame and lens. My daughter has anxiety, but the staff made her feel at easy through out the exam process and while making lens and frame decisions. The establishment was open, welcoming and clean. They have a large selection of frames, which is very important for teens and children. The service was very easy and fast, we were in and out in no time. We had a great experience! I highly recommend For Eyes Optical! I will be recommending friends and family.

I had such a great experience with Arielle at Four Eyes. From the moment I started looking at frames, she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took her time helping me figure out which glasses fit me best and even pulled a few Versace frames she thought would match my style perfectly — and she was honestly spot on. What stood out most was how personal and attentive she was throughout the entire experience. Even while helping multiple customers, she never made me feel rushed or overlooked. She also took the time to thoroughly explain transition lenses to me, and whenever I didn’t fully understand something, she kindly broke it down again and answered every question without hesitation. You can tell Arielle truly cares about making sure people feel confident and comfortable with their choices. She made the whole experience enjoyable, easy, and welcoming. I’m really thankful for her help and would absolutely recommend working with her if you visit Four Eyes!

Been here a few times and had a wonderful experience. Staff is SUPER sweet, accommodating, quick, helpful, professional, and especially comforting, as going to the eye doc can be nerve wrecking. Definitely a niche eye care facility. Justine was super helpful and kind with helping me pick out glasses. Roger helped me a few months ago and It was a pleasure speaking with both of them! Love the glasses options, as I’m picky. Place is very clean and smells nice. In a good location. Lovee the prices especially. Highly recommend.
