Went for my annual eye exam w/ Dr Goldman. She was great as usual. Very through. Heather & Ginger helped select some new prescription glasses and sunglasses. It’s always nice to work with someone who enjoys their job and you could tell both of them enjoyed helping me get my new glasses ordered. I highly recommend For Eyes Wellington If you Need an eye exam or are in the market for a new pair of glasses.
Hello, I am writing to formally report a quality issue with a pair of glasses purchased from your store. The glasses are only three months old, and one of the lenses is already peeling, which is clearly unacceptable. This is not normal wear and tear. It is evident that this is a defect in the lens material or coating, especially considering that the other lens remains in good condition. I was informed that since I did not purchase additional insurance, the lens cannot be replaced. This response is unreasonable. A product of this nature should not fail within such a short period of time, regardless of any optional protection plan. Additionally, it is concerning that no effort has been made to consult the manufacturer or properly evaluate the defect. This is clearly a quality issue, not customer misuse. I expect this matter to be reviewed properly and a solution to be provided, whether through lens replacement or another appropriate resolution. Please advise on how you intend to resolve this issue. I have been going to For Eyes for almost 20 years! I have never met nicer people. Dr Goldman is extremely friendly. Heidi helped us out with paying and ended up saving us over $100 dollars on my contacts!
Terrible experience. 3 weeks for. Pair of glasses. No apology at all. Waiting on a refund. The employee was not acknowledging me. To bad Dr. Goldman has her office here. She’s great. I will never go back.
I love the doctor here. She always works with you to get just the right prescriptions you need for both contacts and glasses. I order bifocal glasses and contacts here. I also take my prescriptions and order extra sets from other places as well. She can help you get both long distance and reading glasses and contacts to fit your needs.
