Excellent experience from start to finish! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about finding the best solution for each customer. What impressed me the most was their honesty—they recommended what was truly best for me, not the most expensive option. Their professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality eyewear and people you can truly trust.

I paid for a full contact lens exam and fitting on 12/21/25. They gave me trial lenses, then refused to release the prescription I already paid for because I didn't call back to "finalize" it (supposedly to confirm I was comfortable with the lenses). That is not how it works. Under the FTC Contact Lens Rule, they are required to give you the prescription at the end of the fitting with no extra conditions. On top of that, the pricing was absurd. They charged me $880 for just the lenses (not including frames). When I called Oakley at Aventura Mall, they quoted $350 for the exact same lenses with Transitions. Going from $350 to $880 shows how greedy this place is. Paid for a service and then denied the legal result of that service. Will not be returning and cannot recommend this location.

I had a great experience with Javier at for eyes glasses store. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Javier took the time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. His customer service was excellent from start to finish, and he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend asking for Javier if you visit the store!

I stopped by For Eyes in Weston for a sunglasses adjustment and was pleasantly surprised they offer free walk-in adjustments, even for glasses not purchased there. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and takes the time to get the fit just right. I’ve been a customer at this location for several years and have always had a great experience. The office is clean, well-organized, and the doctor is knowledgeable and excellent.

Came in to get my son's glasses fixed and not only did they fix them within 15 minutes, it was also free of charge! Great customer sevice. We will definitely be coming back!
