I had an excellent experience during my visit. The store manager was professional, approachable, and clearly dedicated to both the customers and the staff. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. It’s obvious the manager leads by example and takes pride in maintaining a welcoming environment. Thank you for providing such outstanding customer service!

I have been seeing Dr.Brodak since I was 13 years old and I am currently 32. I recently took my 5 year old son for his very first visit. My son did not feel afraid, instead he had tons of fun during his appointment. I will forever be returning to Dr.Brodak and will refer everyone that I know to him. He is incredible!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this eye clinic. They gave me the wrong prescription, which meant I couldn’t use my glasses properly. Communication was also very poor. They never called to let us know when the glasses were ready. Then, when they finally told us they were ready, we drove to the office only to be told that the delivery hadn’t arrived and the glasses were not actually there. On top of that, appointments were missed or not handled properly, and it took more than a month to receive my glasses. I expected much better service from an eye care provider. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and a waste of time. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

This is the second time I've brought my son to this location for his exam and to get glasses and this is my first exam at this location but won't be my last as I am now in need of glasses myself. The staff and doctor were all great. I will be returning soon with my daughter for her exam and would recommend this location to others.

Great doctor and service with eye ware. The care after exam made me feel special and valued. When I ordered my glasses, they came in quick and fit well. With a little adjustment, my glasses fit like a glove. Would recommend highly!
