We had such a great experience working with Janay! She took the time to clearly explain our insurance benefits in a way that actually made sense, which we really appreciated. She was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and made sure we felt comfortable with our choices. What stood out the most was how she helped our son pick the perfect frames for his face, she really has an eye for what works and made the experience fun and easy for him. Her customer service skills are truly outstanding, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. I would highly recommend Janay to anyone looking for knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive service!

I have been consistently delighted coming to this location, and this past visit really is no exception. I needed to make a return visit rather unexpectedly and the front staff was able to accommodate my request with kindness and courtesy. Dr. Maitino went above and beyond to evaluate mine and my child’s eyes! Everyone was so helpful and patient as we navigated our circumstances.

I needed a new nose pad for my glasses. Kayla welcomed me, listened to what I said Was needed and immediately showed me two options. She made a recommendation which was just right and had me out the door within 15 minutes. Great service and very friendly. Kayla was excellent!
