I had an amazing experience here! Kat was super, super helpful and made sure I got exactly what I needed. The customer service was genuinely outstanding. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs help with anything optics. Great customer service is 90% of the experience, and Kat absolutely delivered. I had a fantastic experience at this For Eyes location. The whole staff was welcoming, kind, super knowledgeable and efficient with the exam and glasses fittings. This was my first eye exam, so I was pretty nervous, too. Also, the manager did an excellent job at determining the best frames for my face shape. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I have visited this Foureyes twice, and both experiences stood out for professionalism and care. On my first visit, the optometrist caught a partially detached retina and scheduled an appointment with an eye doctor right away. On my most recent visit, Dr. Ho(?) took her time with the exam and made sure my prescription was correct, no rushing. When I came back to pick up my glasses a week later, the staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and Dimitrus, the store manager, walked me through the fit and shared helpful advice. Start to finish, a strong experience.

Dr. Ho, Kat, Adrian and the rest of the team were so nice, patient and knowledgeable. Dr. Ho worked quickly but thoroughly explained the results of my eye exam. She was reassuring and gentle. The staff all seemed to get along and enjoy each others company. Kat worked with me to go through all my lense options. I asked a ton of questions and she never seemed annoyed. The whole staff joined in at one point to give opinions on which frames were best for my face shape. I really appreciated the input. Felt comfortable in making the decision for a big purchase. I skimmed the google reviews which all seemed to have only positive things to say about this store—- and I can totally see why. I would emphatically recommend this location to all my friends. It’s also located in a really convenient location — I’ve passed by it a ton and never thought to stop in — which now I really regret. Don’t be like me! If you need exams, frames or lenses, come here!

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Demetrius has an eye for what frames will suit your face and was incredibly accommodating with my lens needs. The pricing was very transparent and I felt safe knowing i'm not being oversold.
