Both Dr. Szu and front desk (i forgot her name but she was so kind!) were great, friendly and very informative! Found them on Tiktok and Im so glad I did. Happy to have found my new eye doctor I'll definitely be staying with. 10/10 recommend 🙌🏽
Amazing personal service, easy scheduling, either online or by phone. Dr Tim and his staff were great, I can’t say enough. Greeted when I walked in, nice clean office, new equipment. They have a good selection of glasses at a great value, however I never felt pushed or pressured to buy from them. They submitted all my insurance paperwork making the entire experience pleasant and easy. I highly recommend Dr Tim at Fort Worth Vision.
The environment as soon as you walk in feels modern, clean, & welcoming. The staff is also very personable and organized! Dr. Szu was extremely easygoing and answered any questions that I had, as well as explained what my prescription numbers meant (which I had never experienced before but thought was so helpful.) I also purchased my new glasses after my appointment and had a wide variety of frames to choose from. I highly recommend & look forward to going back in the future!
Is awesome, super knowledgeable and a really down-Earth guy. I have never gotten glasses before and he made the process seamless and easy in one fell swoop. I was able to get an eye exam get glasses and have everything I needed all in one day. I highly recommend visiting Fort Worth Vision.
I visited Fort Worth Vision for the first time today. The receptionist was very welcoming and Dr. Szu promptly took me back for my exam. My last eye appointment with another company was stressful, so I was a little nervous, but Dr. Szu was great! He patiently walked me through everything as it was happening. I appreciated the detailed explanations! He helped me decide on what contact lenses were right for my needs, sat with me and taught me how to take the contact lens in and out, and I was out of there quickly afterwards! As a self-pay client, it was reasonably priced, which I also appreciate. Highly recommend! I will be back for future appointments!
