Everyone one was so friendly and efficient. The ladies at the from desk helped me with my vision insurance dilemma. They were patient and very courteous all while assisting other clients. The tech that took me back was also friendly and efficient, answering all of my questions. The doctor was amazing, a wonderful sense of humor, but extremely thorough. Answered all my questions and he was also efficient, but I did not feel rushed. It was Mother’s Day, so I was glad to be in and out in a timely fashion. Highly recommend!

Dr. John Jones saved the 3 stars I wasn’t going to leave. Front desk woman was cold and rude and very unprofessional .The young lady who does the pre exam needs lessons in courtesy and professionalism. The young man who checked me out was courteous. Dr Jones would be my ONLY reason to visit again if I had to. I’m a customer service representative and would be happy to assist in lessons to get your business flooded with return business and good reviews.

This office front desk are welcoming and had me back for my appointment in a timely manner. The doctor I had was Dr Jones which he showed my pictures of my eye exam and explained my vision then went over my concerns with contacts. After I tried on my contacts he then examined the sample contacts on my eyes. The lady that helped me with my contacts was also helpful and has great customer service. I will return here for my year eye exam.

The best experience I’ve had at an eye appointment. The Dr’s were awesome!!! The front desk ladies provided exceptional customer service, they were patient, friendly, & very professional. I was sent over to LensCrafters to pick my frames for my Rx & Peter was absolutely AMAZING! I love this place!!!!

I would not recommend Lance Fox eye care for an eye exam based on my recent experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt unpleasant, and the office itself did not feel clean or welcoming. The optician who first assisted us came across with an attitude, which already made the visit uncomfortable. While another consultant was completing my eye test, the doctor walked in and abruptly told me to leave the room before my test was even finished. I found that very unprofessional and disrespectful. She then saw another client before asking me to return and complete my test afterward. Despite being treated poorly and having my appointment disrupted, I was still charged for the exam. The entire experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and very disappointing. I left feeling disrespected as a paying customer and will not be returning. I hope management takes concerns like this seriously and works on improving professionalism and customer care, I hope Lance crafter can find another 3rd party company that will do better then Fox eye care Do not go here for your eye test.
