I started attending Clinicas Moorpark Health Center in June to see Dr. Stanley for a chiropractic visit. I'm very impressed with the space and everything. Staff are very friendly and always very supportive in helping.
The staff and dr. Handlers are all amazing... staff is super friendly and nice and Dr. Handlers is the only dentist I've ever had that doesn't give me anxiety. I don't do well with dentists and the numbing shot is the worst. I don't even feel the shot with her. Aside from that she is very skilled and professional and friendly!! I think it's amazing clinicas accepts alot more insurances like my covered california/medi-cal because she is better than the private practice dentists I have had. And then the staff/assistant that did my temporary crown went above and beyond for me.. didnt get her name but thank you!! I am very satisfied with my experiences here and thanks to everyone for being so great!!!
Absolutely ridiculous experience. My dad brought his eyeglass frame in to get new lenses. They LOST his frame, and then tried to give him someone else’s old broken frame and insisted it was his. My dad repeatedly told them “this is not my frame,” and their response was basically: “There’s nothing we can do. Take this one or leave it. Or buy a new one.” No apology, no accountability, just rude attitude and denial. For a frame that cost around $100, this is unacceptable. If you care about your belongings and want respectful service, avoid this place.
The front desk is nice and welcoming. I’m walking in the door and I’ve already been greeted. I get called inside within a timely manner, Dr. Campos which is the Dr. I have been seeing lately is very kind, attentive and knowledgeable. The only thing and I hate to write this because everything else is great is returning questions to patients a soon as possible. I still think they deserve a 5 star.
Dr. Stanley is the best doctor I have had the privilege of working with. His work on my chronic back pain has been unparalleled. He is the rare human with both skillful technique and genuine humility. His assistant does a wonderful job as well. All of the nurses, assistants, and receptionists at Clinicas Moorpark all do a fantastic job to create a safe, efficient, and positive environment. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
