Dr. Anthony was phenomenal. He’s a great doctor and was absolutely wonderful with our son, especially since it was his first eye appointment. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with him. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the front office staff, particularly the manager. On more than one occasion, my wife has gone in simply to pick up her glasses and has been treated poorly. Today was the last straw. No one should leave a doctor’s office feeling so disrespected that they call their spouse in tears. That’s exactly what happened today. Regardless of how busy a day may be, patients deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. When I called, was I blunt with the manager? Yes, I was. And after hearing how my wife was treated, I don’t regret speaking up. I have no issue giving credit where it’s due; Dr. Good and his care were outstanding but the way my wife has repeatedly been treated by the office staff is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
