My follow up appointment with Dr. Warrior went professional and great! Dr. Warrior reviewed all aspects on my eye surgeries and recoveries. The tech, Lesslie was absolutely amazing prior to seeing Dr. Warrior. Leslie was patient, thorough and attentive. The other techs for further pictures were friendly and took the necessary time to properly obtain the correct pictures. I am glad to have these professionals assist in my eye care.

Scheduled eye exam at Franz for this week. All went well with Dr and technical people that did the pre-exam. Wait time is longer than expected which is why I have them a 4 star. Dr Myers was very good efficient. Did not hear how my sight is although I feel and see very well. Overall I would recommend.

I just want to say that I haven't had an eye exam in longer than I can remember (probably 10 yrs) because I'm absolutely terrified of anything or anyone getting near my eyes. BUT the staff and doctor at Frantz were extremely kind and patient with me, were able to perform all the necessary tests in gentle and caring ways to put me at ease. The young lady put me at ease and had a way to get drops in my eyes without me opening my eyes and she didn't make me feel stupid or ashamed for being afraid of drops. The office is well organized, on time, while thoroughly examining my eyes without making me feel rushed. The doctor was fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly. I will go back next year and annually after that since they made it not so terrifying!
