Frederick Frost OD

Everyone associated with this office should be embarrassed! Dr. Frost is contracted to do exams for veterans. I walked in today and there were 6 veterans ahead of me. One had been there waiting since 9:45. It was after 1:20 when he was seen. My appointment was set for 12:30. I drove an hour 45 minutes each way. I probably would not have been seen until close to 4:00. The lady working in the office refuses to speak with patients or answer the phone. The phone constantly rang and she never answered. I left after an hour of waiting with no end in sight. I was told he would probably still get paid by the VA. Embarrassing to treat patients and especially veterans this way!

Yesterday they did not answer their phone or return my call. And today when i tried, it said the voicemail was not set up. When I was there a year and a half ago, yes Dr. Frost was great but his office helper needs to be replaced. Also, their waiting area is too small for the amount of patients who go there. Unfortunately, I'm going to look for another Optometrist.

I've been going to Dr Frost for 20+ years and he has always been amazing! He's now my daughters optometrist and he does great with her too!

Dr. Frost is the most caring physician that I have seen!! I sat in the waiting room to see him for the first time and the testimonies that I heard were so overwhelming and warming! He is so swesome!! I would give him 100 Stars if i could!! I highly recommend him for All your Optical needs!
