Freemont Family Vision has always been great to us. Whenever we need an appointment, it is never scheduled too far out like some other places we have tried to get into. They have a decent selection of glasses and have always made us feel comfortable, along with my kid, which is most important. The doctors have always been really nice, and we never have to wait long to be seen.
My first time as a patient here was last week and I was inspired to write a review because the service was so exceptional and the staff so kind! Additionally, the feel of the space is welcoming and calm. I had a somewhat tight deadline to get an appt before leaving the country and the receptionist worked with me to find an appointment last minute. Dr. Kurita offered many suggestions in the appt of how to care for my vision with small lifestyle habits like reading glasses. Highly recommend their services.
Wonderful doctors, friendly staff, always reasonably explain the problem and its solution, help with choosing glasses. It's nice to go back there. I wish them prosperity!
10/10, from the receptionists to Dr. Shin everyone I interacted with was so so kind and lovely. They also respond to emails super quickly for those like me who don't like calling. Even though it's kinda far from.home I will definitely be back when i have any eye concerns.
Great eye doctors here but also, crucially, really wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Successful visit every time!
