Friedberg Eye Associates

I am writing this review today to not only highlight the quality of care I receive from the docs at Friedberg, but to commend the exceptional quality of care, professionalism, and knowledge of Angie, who works in the glasses part of Friedberg. She did her absolute best to help me today, going above and beyond, to try to get my lenses into a new pair of glasses during their trunk sale. While that didn't work, what did work was Angie and her associates in that department. And speaking of that department, Friedberg, you should be called to task for not getting the glasses department a new printer asap. The one they have now is noisy, tired, and on its last legs. And to hear how hard it struggles is a poor reflection on your business, especially when so many of your customers, including me, could hear how poorly it was performing. Please take some of the money you make from your trunk sale and invest it in your people to help Angie and everyone there do their jobs without wondering when that printer will go Office Space on them. Thank you so much for providing excellent eye care and customer service. And thank you, Angie.

Very nice atmosphere in this office. Each person I came in contact with similed and made you feel comfortable. Front desk was very friendly ( you dont always get that at other places). I wish I could remeber names, I would give her the credit she deserves. Dr Colletti is always kind caring and efficent and make you feel relaxed. This was my first vist to the Mullica Hill location and as expected the office and waiting room was clean and comfortable.

Never in my life have I had a better experience with a doctor than I did Dr. Levy. I went to her because I was having vision problems and ended up switching to her for my regular exams from here on out. She was incredibly thorough in her exam of me, she made me feel heard with my concerns, and you can just tell she cares about her patients so much. I cannot recommend her enough.

The Mullica Hill office has a spacious waiting area and an incredibly friendly staff. The woman at the front desk was kind, engaging, and welcoming. Wait time was reasonable, especially considering dilation. The tech who did my initial testing was great—friendly and careful to clean each piece of equipment before use. Dr. Haines was also excellent—he listened to my concerns, performed a thorough exam, and offered helpful suggestions for improving my vision with stronger readers. Five stars for a caring, upbeat team providing quality care.

I had an excellent experience from the moment I walked in. The young lady who checked me in and out was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish I remembered her name because she really deserves a Kudos. The assistant who I saw first, took extensive health background information. She was also very kind and professional. After that, I saw Dr. Levy. I have never had such a thorough eye exam. She is amazing…definitely the best optometrist that I have ever been to. Dr. Levy also took the time to answer all my questions, and I had many. I felt cared about as a patient and a person during every facet of my visit. I definitely recommend this practice and Dr. Levy.
