Absolutely wonderful experience. I really appreciated the time that was spent with me, by both the optometrist and ophthalmologist - who both helped me understand my eye condition. The front staff, nurses, and the good people at the eye glass service center were very kind and quite helpful. Glad I have them to look over me - pun intended! Great bunch of people!

I have a complex and severe eye condition, and Dr. Morgan Renner has taken the time to carefully manage my treatment and advocate on my behalf when it really mattered. Recently, Dr. Renner helped get an important medication approved after an insurance appeal, which made a meaningful difference for me. I truly appreciate that level of care and follow-through. The entire team has also been professional, supportive, and responsive throughout the process. I’m very thankful for their dedication and would highly recommend this practice.

As a first-time patient, I had a very frustrating experience trying to schedule an appointment with Acuity Eye Group. I made multiple attempts to call, but the representatives seemed confused and were unable to clearly verify whether authorization was required. I was given different answers each time I spoke with someone, which made the process extremely difficult and unclear. Additionally, there were instances where calls were disconnected or ended without resolution, which only added to the frustration. As a new patient, I expected better communication and support when trying to establish care. I hope they improve their front office coordination and communication so patients can schedule appointments without unnecessary delays or confusion. It’s concerning that if there were any issues with coverage or processing, they were not communicated earlier. The lack of follow-up and delay in service has been frustrating, especially given the patient’s need for timely care. At this point, I would expect better communication, transparency, and a clear plan to resolve the delay. I hope the office can review what caused this breakdown and improve their process moving forward.
