This was my first time utilizing eye services from this organization. I was very pleased with their processes from beginning to end and their promptness to maintaining an efficient schedule. The staff was very friendly and making sure that I understood all the necessary information. I informed my wife that for her future eye appointments, I would like to see her come to the same eye facility. I highly recommend their services, as I’ve been seeing eye doctors since being a youngster and I’m very satisfied with them. Thank You!

I LOVE this place. The front desk staff had always been informative, professional and polite. The two different aids who have done my initial testing have been the same. AND Dr. Roa is the best optometrist I've ever had- 3rd decade of seeing optometrists... She's just so sweet, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and you can tell she cares for every patient she sees. Would recommend to everyone and anyone who needs eye care.
Dr. Roa is the best, and this is a great practice. I need to see an opthalmologist due to a medication I take , and they don't do contacts. Dr. Roa is happy to accomodate me for my contacts, which I pretty much live in. She is thorough and caring, and I have full confidence that I'm gettting accurate information - a year and counting of great vision is the proof. As an added bonus, they carry sample contacts in my (very) high strength! I had a terrible experience before finding this practice, with a previous optometrist getting my prescription strength wrong, having to special-order my sample contacts at an extra charge - it never even even arrived - and recommending the wrong prescription strength readers. I had blinding headaches as a result of the double-doozy combo. It was such a relief to find a professional, competent, and lovely optometrist when I was desperate.
I’ve been coming to Front Range Eye Health Center every year since I was a kid, and now I’m in my thirties, that says everything about how much I trust this place. Dr. Palmer is my optometrist and I couldn’t recommend anyone better. She’s always receptive to my questions and genuinely takes the time with me, every single visit. I highly recommend this eye center. They’re top class.
This review is specifically for the optical side of the house. I’ve been getting my glasses from Front Range Eye Health for 3 years. I actually went to a different optician and returned to Front Range (a story for another time) — the glasses here are more expensive [I mean compared to going to Costco—I got a pair of Costco glasses that were awful, and Sarah helped explain to me why Costco glasses are cheaper but may not be tailored for individual users with Rx that fall outside blunt ranges—I’m not explaining well, but let me just say that I love Costco but not so much their eyeglasses]. BUT you get what you pay for. And for me, having glasses that I am not aware of—that feel functionally like part of my face is huge. And Sarah, the optical tech (optician?) that I’ve worked with on and off for 3 years is completely professional, friendly, helpful, and an overall stellar employee/human being. In fact, even if I found a different eye doctor, I’d continue to get my glasses if Sarah was working at Front Range Eye Health because she is THAT GOOD. Like the kind of good where I would wait for Sarah to be free if there were a line of people — and that’s no shade to anyone else who works there, who have all been professional. But Sarah is the kind of employee that goes that extra step, and I want to recognize and acknowledge her and hope that Front Range Eye Health gives her a raise or at least a bonus after reading this review :) I’ve seen her friendly professionalism with other clients as I’ve waited for her to be free so I know I’m not the only person who has benefited from working with her.
