Gabriel Colon OD

This is the WORST eye exam I have ever been to. Dr.Colon only checked 1 eye and kept asking me over and over if I had diabetes. He handed me my Rx, and I asked him if he was going to check the other eye. He actually thought he checked both eyes. So he went and only half ched the eye. There was so much that did not go right with this exam that if i wrote it all it would be a very long, I was in total shock how this exam went. The whole eye exam took maybe 5-7 minutes. That is from the time he walked in to him handing my Rx. I have always had a great experience here and this time was not even a exam, he basically brought me in, sat me in the chair, and gave me a Rx for glasses that I didn't need. I WEAR BIFOCALS!! The Rx was not for bifocals. This was a rushed eye exam and there is no way I am getting my glasses here because the Rx is not even the right Rx for my eyes!!!

I have been going there for 5 years and I love it there! The staff is great and the customer service is amazing. It has a variety of glasses to choose from and i’m always satisfied when I leave, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ✨

Dr.Colon is wonderful. He saved my eyes twice and my husband's once. He is not permitted to diagnose only for vision test and he referred us both to another doctor and they were able to see the problem. Great doctor.

My first time to see the optometrist. Dr Colon was very professional. He was attentive. I would highly recommend walmart vision care. Jennifer was very nice and cool, she helped me find the right pair of glasses just for me.

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would!! Not because of the Doctor, he’s excellent! But Nancy, in customer service has had me leaving out of there in tears, twice! And Gabby and Dina know, because they sat right there and watched her be very RUDE to me!! I told them ahead of time, “do I have to deal with her, because Nancy is very mean to me, I don’t know what I did to her” And sure enough, she was terrible to me, in front of them! I’m going to try to get ahold of there corporate office, to complain about her, she’s terrible! Laying on the desk, letting everyone else work! She even was mean to the Doctor, when he walked out with me, gave her my prescriptions, and she yells at him, “ I can not even read this!” I will not be going back there again, I’m going to find another place, I’m going to miss the Doctor, though. She’s not only rude to me, she’s rude to everyone i see her talk too!! Terrible customer service!!
