I never usually write reviews, but I wanted to since I had such a good experience here. I had to find a new clinic since my original optometrist retired. The girl who did my exam was extremely kind, patient, and understanding. I always specifically struggle whenever I have to get my eye pressure taken, and she walked me through the steps very patiently and respected me. It is hard to find people in healthcare that are like her and I appreciate it so much!! I don't recall her name, but I know she had heart shaped glasses and purple hair! Overall, everyone here was great. Highly recommend.

first time going to Gailey Eye Clinic today. the staff & the doctor are very professional, polite & informative, i was there for less than 45min. to extract metal & rust from my eye, painless until the numbing drops wore off but I was told to expect that. thank you Dr. Sobin & staff.

A big “thank you” to Katie! She helped my 10 and 12 year old grandsons with prescription sunglasses for summer sports. Her knowledge, patience and kindness were greatly appreciated! Thank you, Katie!

The wife and I both got our prescriptions updated and new glasses from here. Friendly staff, quick services and glass came quickly also.

We arrived early for my husband's 10:00 appointment but the parking lot was full (probably employees). We finally drove to the back of the building to park there. We found out we were not allowed to walk through the building to the front where we needed to be. The physical walk around the outside of the building (with only partial sidewalk and the rest grass) was not easy for my husband and his cane. We sat in the waiting room for a long time and I even heard others tell the receptionist they had 10:00 appointments with the same doctor we did. After shuffling us to another waiting room to wait longer, we weren't called to see the doctor until 11:24. We won't be back nor would we be recommending this business.
