Everyone was incredibly nice friendly and thorough. They made me feel better and relaxed during a time when I felt anxious and worried about a sudden eye condition. They worked with my jumpiness at things touching my eye and difficulty lining up at the imaging machine. If you need eye care, these are great people
We had a great first experience with everyone at Gailmard when we brought our 8 yr old in 2 years ago and it has been the same since then. My husband and I decided to also switch over. Every appt (different days and times) has been the same. No complaints. My child is very shy and everyone was very patient with her and made her feel comfortable.
We’ve been coming to this Eye center for a couple years now and we love their services, our Eye doctor is Veronica and she is very nice and knowledgeable, she answers all of our questions and takes her time when doing eye exams! I also have to add that Crystal is always there to help us whenever we have questions and always gets things resolved for us! I feel cared for every time she attends us! She is a rockstar and we truly appreciate her help! I highly recommend this eye center because they have knowledgeable doctors and their staff is also on point!
There was a great doctor here but she left about a year ago, and now it just feels like every conversation is an opportunity to upsell. The wait times are so, so long too. Do you want these contacts? Glasses? Eye mask? Eye drops? “You met your deductible so let’s do this exam.” — Verbatim from one of the staff members.
The doctors and staff are fine. The way their scheduling is handled is lacking. I had received a VM to confirm an appointment and had 4 days to do so. Not 4 hours later, I received a text message stating my appointment has been canceled. Fast forward not 24 later, recieved another text message urging me to "beat the rush" and schedule an appointment as I am overdue. This automated scheduling is crazy. If I cant rely on them to honor my appointment, why even schedule one in the first place?Won't be back.
