Ordered 2 pair on 6/13 and still don’t have them (it’s 8/6). Called early July and they said order needed to be resubmitted. Called mid July and they said the lens tent needed to be sent back. Called end of July and left message, no reply. Called yesterday and today, no answer or reply. Went in person today to find office closed for training. It was not mentioned on there voicemail. This is an under staffed and poorly run business. I’ve been going here for years and it gone down hill. I’ll find a new Dr and new glasses provider. Go elsewhere.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this place to order glasses. I ordered 3 pairs of glasses. All of them came back unwearable: two of them because the biofocal line separation was misplaced and one of them due to the progressive lines being in the wrong place. The person measuring me told me it was the lens manufacture's problem. So we sent them off to get remade -- two of which I switched to progressives which cost me another $350 on top of the $1400.00 I'd already paid. I called after 6 weeks asking where the new lenses were and was told they were still out being done and that there was a HUGE backlog. 7 weeks later, I still have NO glasses AND I received a bill in the mail for $95.00 MORE with no explanation. When I called (and this is now call #3), I was told that the "board" had to decide what to do and she would call me back no LATER than Wednesday. It is NOW THURSDAY and when I called, she still had no answer. I am about to let my credit card company go to battle for me as I have paid over $1700.00 and STILL have no usable glasses. This is the VERY LAST TIME I will use these people.

This is the second time in three years that these folks have broken my glasses. This time I ordered from them a pair of sunglasses specifically for a trip to Hawaii. The first pair arrived, late, back ordered frames apparently. They then, upon trying to adjust them, broke them. The second pair arrived two weeks after that. I showed up to pick them up and no joke, they broke this pair as I waited in the lobby. I told him that I really needed them for my trip. I paid cash and then submitted to my insurance to get them faster and it quite literally took them four times as long AND I am leaving for my trip tomorrow morning WITH OUT my new sunglasses. I will never go here again and have requested a full refund. No calls from them, no excuses, nothing, Like I never ordered from them. I was patient, I waited and waited. NOTHING.. DO not give them your money for Walmart service. I hate to write such a bad review but I gave them every opportunity to get them to me. Every opportunity.

I have been coming here for about 4 years now. I have never had a problem with them. I always get appointments made super quick, and never have to wait long for the appointment. The Dr's are very friendly and listen to any issue you may have. I've been purchasing contacts and glasses through the Gallery and haven't had an issue with them either. I've bought contacts through them, as well as through other places--just depends on the cost, but I never have an issue with them refusing to give me my prescription. Really love the staff in the Gallery of Eyewear, however some of the ladies on the exam side can be very rude.

I needed new contact lenses - same as I've been wearing for decades but with a new prescription. I was told that the $75 non-refundable fee covered "everything". Except that when I went to pick them up there was an additional $170 charge for the lenses ($70 elsewhere). I returned them and then learned that I couldn't get a contact prescription to take to another place unless I bought the lenses from them, despite getting my eye exam at the associated clinic the week before. Combine that with no weekend or evening hours even for pickups and it was a serious waste of my time and money.
